Weekly Photo Walk With Fujifilm
Our weekly photo walk with Fuji film
Dear Walker Friends,
This Saturday's theme is "People at Work” one of the most powerful human stories we can tell through our lenses.
Our Route will be: Barakhan Madrasah → Chorsu Bazaar
The Weather: 35°C, partly cloudy — dress light, stay hydrated. A CPL filter is recommended to cut glare and handle midday contrast.
Ethics & Respect
Photographing people is a privilege, not a right:
•Ask permission, when possible, a smile goes a long way
•Shoot first, ask after in candid moments, if they say no, delete it, no exceptions
•Respect discomfort immediately, if someone turns away, stop
•Be mindful of cultural sensitivities, especially around women and the elderly
•Never obstruct someone's work, we are guests in their space
•Be transparent about who we are and that photos may be exhibited
What Makes a Strong Shot
•Capture the peak moment: hands shaping clay, a weaver mid-thread
•Avoid unflattering moments: sneezing, napping, yawning. Would they be proud of this photo?
•Include context: tools, environment, and products. One frame should tell the whole story
•Be patient: observe first, shoot second
The best photography is built on connection, not stealth.
See you Saturday!
