Cityscape From Above - Photo Walk With Fujifilm
This month's final walk takes us up. Seeing Tashkent from height changes everything: streets become lines, buildings become patterns, and the city turns into a composition you can't see from the ground.
What to look for:
Layers and depth: rooftops, towers, and the distant skyline stacked one behind another.
Lines and geometry: avenues, intersections, bridges, and building edges that lead the eye.
Old and new: Soviet blocks, domes, and glass towers in a single frame.
Light: morning haze, long shadows across the city, sunlight on glass facades.
Small details: tiny figures, cars in motion, and life on the rooftops.
Bring a zoom lens to compress the skyline, and press your lens hood against the window glass to cut reflections.
🗓 Saturday, October 31st
🕓 Meeting point: InterContinental Tashkent, lobby, 9:30 AM
⏰ Walk starts strictly at 10:00 AM
📷 Camera Reservation: Fujifilm cameras are available for participants to use during the walk. Please contact Mr. Mir Afzal in advance to reserve your camera. Don't leave it to the last minute!
