"GomTown" A Youth Theatre

You’re Invited to “GomTown!” — A Youth Theatre Production by the Sizanani Mentorship Programme 🎭

Join us for an afternoon of powerful storytelling, music, dance, poetry, and drama as young people from Alexandra Township take to the stage in “GomTown!” - an original production inspired by the South African play Sophiatown.

Created collaboratively by our learners, volunteer alumni coaches, and the Sizanani team, the play explores relatable experiences, dreams, humour, challenges, and the vibrant spirit of township life through the voices of young people themselves.

This year marks our 10th Annual Talent Show, and guests can also look forward to a few exciting surprise performances 👀🎤

🎟 Entrance: R50 per person
(All funds raised go towards Sizanani learners’ & alumni activities.)
