Turkish Breakfast

I can't remember the number of trips I've had to Turkey in the last 20 years but all I can remember is delicious food everywhere and doesn't have to be famous restaurant I guess it's in the DNA. and I always gain weight after each trip. ..🤫😁.

Egypt's Turkish restaurant scene is not as fantastic but I have selected a restaurant that is quite good. It's central location .

A traditional Turkish breakfast (kahvaltı) is a social feast rather than a quick meal. It is heavily centered around small plates, featuring a mix of savory and sweet items meant to be eaten slowly with endless cups of traditional black tea. Turkish tea is the only black tea that I enjoy in their famous double boiler.

And I'm not going to even start talking about cheese .I hope the restaurant has a good selection .
