La Fouly to Col de Basset

Let's visit the Col de Basset, starting from the top of La Fouly chairlift.
We're going to almost Protected content altitude, to escape the heat and enjoy the mountain scenery. The views are spectacular: across the valey we can see the Mont Dolent Protected content , the Glacier du Dolent and Glacier de l'A Neuve.

- Length Protected content total
- Elevation gain Protected content (start at Protected content , up to Protected content altitude)
- Time - Four hours, plus stops for picnic. We start at 10:00.

🌏 DIRECTIONS

I suggest car pooling.
- 🚙 Car: park in La Fouly at the bottom of the chairlift (there's only one).
- 🚂 Public Transport: train+bus, dep. 7:50 from Lausanne, arrival 9:48 in La Fouly, via Martigny.

Car pooling: Each passenger contributes based on CHF0.70/km (As per the TCS).
