Please join us for a Zoom meeting on the 16th of April at 9am .
I plan to share with you basic nutritional info about the relationship between our health and a plant based diet, practical tips on how to handle your food during lockdown and most importantly share with you some ideas for healthy meals.
Our health starts on the plate, and as we are all waiting for a vaccine or medicine for Covid-19 all we can do for now is to strengthen our immune system. Use this time productively and take care about your health and wellbeing.
