Happy Hour Fitness In the Park!

After a week of rest, we should all be ready to push hard on this one 💪🚀😁
We survived the Chipper last time so let’s mix things up a little on that one and challenge our body with different stimuli!
🔥 WORKOUT will be announced 1 day before and will cater for all fitness levels / interests. Will last roughly 60min incl. Warm-up + Workout + Cool down.
🍻 AFTER WORKOUT session to take place in a nearby place.
⏰ WHEN: 7.15pm to meet, sign waiver... and walk to the workout area at 7.30pm
📍WHERE: Central Park - Meet at the MAINE Monument at the SW entrance of Central Park near Columbus Circle.
🎒WHAT TO BRING:
1. Big Smile, Energy & Positive Vibes
2. Water bottle
3. Yoga Mat / Towel (if you do not want to lay on the floor)
4. Clothes you are comfortable being on the floor with: running shoes, short, t-shirts… Hat (protect from the sun)
