Join me for an energizing and scenic wellness walk along Manhattan’s West Side, combining fitness, exploration, and community. We’ll begin at Chelsea Piers, where we’ll have introductions to the facility, learn about its fitness offerings, and get a glimpse of this iconic waterfront sports and wellness destination.
From there, we’ll begin our walk along the Hudson River waterfront, enjoying the open views, fresh air, and beautiful surroundings. This route offers a perfect balance of movement and relaxation, with opportunities to take in the river, skyline, and the unique character of the West Side.
Walking Route Highlights:
Start Point: Chelsea Piers
Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Finish: The Vessel, Hudson Yards
Welcome and introductions at Chelsea Piers
Scenic walk along the Hudson River Greenway

We’ll finish our walk at The Vessel, where we can enjoy the atmosphere, take photos, and celebrate a morning/afternoon of movement, discovery, and community.
