About Lara Doherty: I recently embarked on a journey of self discovery and self development, investing in myself and learning about the power of visualisation, changing mindset, forming habits, breaking barriers and how to be happy long term. Following my fascination with neuroscience, that led me recently to a neuroscience course, I am pleased to be able to share some of these valuable insights. I will also be drawing upon my past skills from my corporate career; training, nurturing and coaching teams. My wish is for people to live a much more fulfilled, happy life and feel supported and be encouraged to achieve things that they didn't think were possible.
