Our meditation group meets every two weeks on friday evenings.
The idea is to explore all kinds of different approaches to meditation. Everyone is welcome from absolute beginner to highly experienced.
If you would like to share a specific meditation practice or would like to contribute methods or ideas you find useful, please get in touch with me (Vivien). You can then prepare the next evening or we can do it together.
My own experience is mainly based on mindfulness mediation and I will present different steps to strengthen the so-called observer, to explore our inner world and to find access to silence.
As we meet in a yoga studio, there are mats, cushions and chairs provided. But of course you can also bring your favourite meditation cushion. There is also a locker room if you want to change into comfortable clothes.
Please be punctual, I will be there from 18:45 and FOR THE MEDITATION THE DOOR WILL BE CLOSED!
After one hour in the studio, we will move on to a restaurant nearby, where we can get to know each other, share our experience and discuss our ideas concerning meditation.
