Hiring a Customer Service & Backoffice Manager (Alicante)

Hi eveyone,
we are looking for an english NATIVE speaker (fluent in spanish too) responsible for positive sales interactions with UK clients via email and phone. As the first contact, phone manner and impeccable writing skills convey the professionalism and customer service that our clients expect.

Key tasks include processing orders using SAGE software, building quotes, answering product enquiries, checking stock and quoting prices. After the sale has been secured, tasks include processing payments, recording them accurately on SAGE and releasing orders.

Full time job (with contract) at company's HQ located just outside Alicante city (road to Madrid)
