I have been offered a job in Bangkok

Dear,

I have recently been offered a job in Bangkok. As I did not see this opportunity arising I’m now full with questions. Together with my spouse I just bought a newly build house of which we will receive the key next week. Furthermore relocation would mean that my partner will need to quit his current job.

What to do with our new house? Renting or maybe selling (second option we would not prefer at this moment)

Are there plenty of job opportunities for my spouse? As I will be traveling for 50% of my time.

We also have the wish to extent the family, if this may happen how is the healthcare in Bangkok?

More over what are the primary things which I need to take into account before making the decision to relocate?
