CityWise Property recruit HR/Admin Manag (Beijing)

CityWise Property Solutions is one of the leading Real Estate and Relocation Company in Beijing, serving the expatriate community in their residential property needs. As an HR/admin manager you will support the fast development of the company by handling all administrative, finance and HR related tasks.

The admin manager position will include the following: -

• Handle Monthly payroll
• Monthly cost allocation report
• Control of organisation Ad Hoc duty
• Handle the renewal of all employment-related insurance policy
• Daily office administrative management: logistics, Implementation of a procurement strategy and process, Liaison with various vendor and supplier.
• Accountancy: book-keeping, budget control.
• HR management: company positions planning, recruitment, employee monitoring, HR policy development.

 Minimum 2 years of experience
 Finance-related major
 Familiar with Mainland China accountancy system (CAS/GAAP)
 Familiar with Chinese HR laws and regulations
 Confident and skilled communicator
 Efficient multi-tasker
 Fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory)
 Proficient with MS Office with a special focus on Excel & PowerPoint
 Passion for learning.
 Overseas study/work experience preferred

Salary: basic salary + bonus
