First point of contact for customer enquiries and orders for our Dutch market (bikester.nl/.be and campz.nl/.be)
You communicate with our customers via phone, e-mail or live chat
Advice and support our customers of our product, orders and returns process
A hands-on, pro-active mentality, ambition, and entrepreneurial drive
Customer Support and organization: you will support the team in executing and optimizing all processes within the customer service department
Experience in customer service is desired but not mandatory
Enthusiastic for a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; willingness to learn and to be challenged
Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a customer-oriented attitude
Be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
You are service driven and aware of our quality consciousness
Native Dutch speaker, as well as written and spoken English
