At qipu we need someone to join our customer services team handling our bi monthly member payments. Qipu operates the website qipu.de. Through the site our members are able to transact and receive cashback on purchases they make.
You will be in charge of processing our twice a monthly member payment. This involves matching payments received with payments due, following up overdue payments and reconciliation post payment.
We do not need someone with an accounting degree but the essential skills you will have are:
Familiarity with some form of financial software.
Some prior experience with customer services and basic financial book keeping experience.
Excellent written German grammar and communication skills.
The ability to work independently with little supervision.
You will be working from our offices in Berlin. For the successful candidate we’ll give you a very relaxed working environment, flexible hours and plenty of opportunity to grow your skills as our team expands.
