Leading Group in branded goods is recruiting Team Leaders for their Call Center.
Are you native speaker in any of these languages: French, English, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish? You are a natural team player, and have strong experience in call centers team management.
Your role will be to coach your team of advisors in charge of handling calls from customers, answering customer emails, dealing with orders received by phone and internet from the shops. You will monitor sales plans and handle customer complaints.
Results oriented, you will achieve high quality standards and targets KPI’s.
You participate in recruitments, conduct annual appraisals, monitor and evaluate the quality of the calls, define team goals, identify training needs, organize the team schedule.
You will be in contact with stores and provide reports on activity as well as client information. You will be a support to the retail stores in terms of inventories.
Minimum of Protected content Call Center experience,
Interest in new products,
Results oriented, fast decision maker,
Autonomous, curious, enthusiastic, demanding, high standards,
Use to work in multicultural environment,
Flexibility of schedule, ready to travel occasionally,
Full knowledge of MS Office.
