A Group, leader in the Fashion Industry wants to hire a Team Leader (full proficiency in Russian) for their international Customer Center in Brussels

Main Role

The role of Team Leader consists of optimizing the Client Service performance, reaching the Qualitative figures and Quantitative Service Level and take the necessary actions to reach the KPI’s of the Customer Service Center, motivate, coach and develop the team, ensure the appropriate management of the daily follow-up of the operations and develop loyalty of the clients, participate in country events, and promote the image, the brand and the products of the group.
