Description: Marketing & Office Assistant (part-time)

Job Purpose: Supports Blue Parallel's marketing strategy by compiling information and materials, as well as assisting with general office duties of the Sales Team.

Job Duties:
• Under supervision, design monthly e-newsletters to send out to all client database
• Assemble necessary materials and media packets for PR purposes
• Manage the design of a Blue Parallel destination portfolio/booklet with a designer and printer company
• Support the sales team by putting together relevant materials for future clients
• Prepare emails and brochures for marketing purposes
• Client database management and data entry

Skills/Qualifications: Reporting skills, marketing and design, attention to detail, creative, self-sufficient & independent, analytic skills, strong communication and organization skills, data entry, Microsoft Office skills

• Living in Buenos Aires for the long term
• Native English speaker
• 2 years or more of office experience (or similar)
• Intermediate conversational Spanish
