IT Project Manager & Compliance Leader
Our client a leading Pharmaceutical company operating globally is recruiting for an IT Project Manager & Compliance Leader to join their office in the Island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean.

The role is to lead, manage, plan and ensuring that all IT projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet the required IT quality management standards. The person will be leading a team and managers relations with a wide range of customers and suppliers. This role also require the person to defines and manage compliances, computer system validation and acts as a link from global to regional offices.
Project management and coordination of projects involving interfaces and infrastructure with the company’s external business partners and internal global offices.
Working with internal and external customers to ensure projects meet business needs.
Work closely with the IT teams to deliver projects at the highest standard and ensures that compliances processes is met.
Review validation documents supporting GxP computerised systems and relevant infrastructure.
Work with IT team members to improve existing quality processes/ practices are met.
Overseeing IT policies, procedures and computer validation activities to assure compliances with company policies, regulatory requirements and standard of operating procedures are met.
Support It audit process to ensure risks are mitigated in a timely manor.
Mentor and train other IT Analysts.
oversee testing in support of change control to computerised systems including SOPs, Scripts and reports.
Excellent knowledge with computerised systems regulations of the US and EU Protected content Part 11 & Validation)
Good tract record of providing IT solutions and previous ERP project experience included B2B integration.
Must have pharmaceutical industry experience.
Must have strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.
Excellent understanding of project Life cycle development and implantation processes.
Experience with Prince 2.
Familiar with risk base approach concepts and application to validate strategies and activities.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral with ability to work efficiently with peers, end users, management and vendors.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or ay related discipline, or equivalent work experience in a same related field.
