Urgently require Customer Support Manager with minimum of Protected content of relevant experience in UAE for a Multinational Certification Company with vast knowledge about ISO standards. Arabic speaking candidate will be given strong preference.
Responsibilities: Candidate will take care of the entire cycle of certification with the assigned client. They will be coordinating with all the departments of the company for smooth process flow with related to certification procedure. They will also be the sole point of contact for the client forany related assignment. They will be responsible for the up-salesand other revenue generations in line as per the service agreement. Candidates will also be managing the CRM activities with complete and comprehensive strategy along with carrying out MIS reporting standard and planning.
