Future Partners / Recruitment Consultants (Geneva)
We are looking to integrate senior future partners into our teams, especially in Geneva and our other locations (Paris/London). As a future partner, you would be responsible for developing clients within our specialised activities. We could however consider people interested in developing new business sectors if the profile is interesting.
Whilst the main focus would be on recruitment, you must also be able to think strategically and be capable of developing corporate finance and consulting projects. As well as working with a classic mandate, you should also be able to originate ideas proactively and think “outside the box”.
It should be noted that the geographical scope of your work will not be limited by the office location but depend more on your own business expertise and network of contacts.
Most of our senior people have an independent rather than salaried status and we offer an extremely attractive fee-share which is typically as much as 75% of total revenue generated.
We are also looking for young graduates or trainees in their final year of studies who wish to join a dynamic recruitment group. To be successful, you must be commercial, motivated and internationally oriented. Fluent English is required with other languages being an asset, especially French. Excellent international career prospects are possible for the right candidate.
Candidate profile :
Ideally you should have at least 10 years’ experience either in senior recruitment or at director level within one of our specialised sectors. We would give very close attention to retired or semi-retired executives who feel they are too dynamic to spend their time playing golf or gardening and who would like to remain actively involved in the business world.
Please forward in strictest confidence a CV in Word format to Jerome Jouanneau-Courville at Protected content . We will only respond to successful applicants.
