Secretary to the South African WTO Ambassador, with support to the Trade Section
Applicants must possess a High School Certificate, completion of at least a one-year Secretarial Diploma/Certificate, a minimum of 3 years of experience as a secretary, typist or administrative clerk, with Microsoft Office knowledge and skills. The applicant should be fluent in English and conversant in French. The incumbent is required to provide high-quality support to the Ambassador and Trade Section, perform a variety of Secretarial and routine administrative tasks, manage the Ambassador’s diary, travel and accommodation logistics for delegations, and undertake other support functions to contribute to efficient work in the Trade Section under supervision of the Ambassador. The incumbent must have strong organisational office skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. South Africans living in Geneva encouraged to apply.
