Our Client, a major multinational in the FMCG, is currently looking for a
Protected content Brand Manager
We have two temporary vacancies to cover for maternity leaves as of October Protected content . There will be permanent hires on the same function as of summer Protected content .
•Develop annual plan for assigned brand(s), developing and delivering financial and share targets (P&L responsibility).
•Work with regional Category Business Team and local teams, to ensure category strategy and priorities are in line with global category strategy.
•Analyze information and identify actions required to deliver targets.
•Manage assigned new product development projects all the way to commercialization.
•Manage development stage of line extension and restage projects (including advertising and packaging development) with a cross-functional team.
•Participate in advertising and packaging development for key platform new products and restage ‘news’ in assigned segments.
•Media Plan Development: participate in developing media planning guidelines (i.e. Key issue and simplifying processes).
•Develop regional initiatives to the ‘ready to sell’ level (including formula, advertising, packaging, visual displays, trial activities, and media strategy); input to RTS developed regional trade bundles.
•Lead Product Harmonization with Product Supply, RD&E and Finance, to develop harmonization plans in assigned segments including packaging and formulation.
•Degree from a top business school
•5 years experience in a similar position in an international company (ideally within fast moving consumer goods)
•Track record of growing business and market share
•Multiple market experience desirable
•Previous experience in sales or account management could be an asset
•Mobile for international career opportunities
•Solid understanding of commercialization plans, business analysis, building brand equity, media planning and consumer behaviour
•Fluency in English
