We are an International Financial Planning firm and due to our expansion we are looking for a Business Administrator to join the team in HK.
The role includes:
- Processing product applications / compliance checking of files
- Liaison with internal and external personnel / liaison with clients - Processing of weekly business pipelines - Answering and dealing with telephone and email queries - Updating client accounts / internal databases
- Dealing with client servicing enquiries - General other administrative tasks as required As an expanding business, you may be required to perform any other reasonable duties as detailed by your Line Manager
Candidates interested in the role will require good computer literacy and competent use of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
Training will be provided.
Competitive rates of pay.
Preference will be given to candidates who already hold an HK Visa, or are permanent HK resident.
