Reporting to the Head of HR, responsible for the people development of the corporate office staff. To implement innovative ideas and best practices with key focuses on cultural development, staff training and development as well as talent management in Hong Kong & Greater China.
Main job duties :
Implement cultural building and development initiatives, manage training and development (training needs, implementation and evaluation) as well as build and maintain the talent pool for the Company.
Manage the implementation of performance management system, management training and development programs, organizational review and development projects, HR development policies and automation projects.
•University graduate in Psychology or HR Management
•At least Protected content relevant experience in training and development
•Outgoing character, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Mature, self-motivated, independent and result-oriented
•Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
