• Work in the Services department for contract administration
• Prepare billing reports to clients
• Administrative support services like time-sheet, invoice, leave application verification, filing … etc
• Provide other administrative services as required

• 2+ years’ administration experience in a sizable department
• Diploma of above in business related discipline or equivalent
• Good commend of written and oral English to communicate
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel) is a must
• Experience in contract handling have definite advantages
