General Qualifications:
• University graduated,
• Have min 1 year of call center experience,
• Speak excellent and clear Arabic and above average English,
• Adaptive to flexible working hour and shifts,
• Have advance Microsoft Office knowledge,
• Have advanced verbal and written communication skills,
• Be a good listener, and possess a good, problem solving nature in order to be able to resolve any customer query,
• Have the ability and attitude to stay calm and focused under pressure,
• Have strong persuasive skills,

Job Description:
• Handle all incoming queries and accommodate customer needs,
• Logging calls/ customer contacts onto the company database,
• Carry out consistently high customer service,
• Solve the inquiries by following up with the related departments,
• Ability to communicate effectively at all times,
