Yapi-Tek Steel is currently searching for a sales and marketing person to focus only on the hydro energy sector. This individual will be responsible for selling such products as steel penstock systems, trash racks and water control gates.

•Report Directly to the Business Development Manager
•Lead all efforts for managing customers, achieving new sales, marketing, and researching and realizing new business opportunities within the hydro energy sector.
•Works with other departments (Production, Planning, Finance, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure cross-department collaboration is optimized.
•Maintains a thorough understanding of all customer accounts to the company is managing their needs adequately
• Accurately recording all communications between the customers and the company.
•Actively involved in networking to build networks to improve Yapi-Tek Steel’s visibility.
•B.S. Mechanical, Civil, Energy Engineering or other engineering or related science discipline
•Commercial Focus – recognizes that the primary purpose of the job is to drive and promote sales.
•Ability to develop strong sustainable relationships with both internal and external customers.
•Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and business units.
•Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Effective communicator.
• Experience in the hydro energy sector is preferred, but not required.
•Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
•Must be fluent in Turkish and English.
