This is currently the first group in Italy able to supply components and equipment for outfitting and maintaining off-highway vehicles, agricultural and gardening machines.

The Group has a registered commercial office in Istanbul and aims to enhance sales in the Turkish and Middle-Eastern market.
The Managing Director will be in charge of the Turkish Subsidiary and will report directly to group Headquarters in Italy, specifically to the CEO and the International Sales Manager. The Profile will manage the sales operations across Turkey and the Middle East and will be responsible for the company’s financial/credit relations and Human resource management.
The position is open in Istanbul, on the Asian side.
The Director will have a degree in economics or mechanical engineering and about 6 years of experience in a Turkish firm as Head of sales/business development. The opportunity is open to young professionals ranging from a Protected content old age group with a good track record in sales within Turkey and the middle east within the automotive, mechanical parts sector. Automotive and mechanical engineering sector candidates will be given a preference.
Importance will be given to import/export experience. The Director should be aware of Customs clearance regulations and general issues of a bureaucratic nature.
The Director must have knowledge of administration and accounting practices as well as competence to report directly and use accounting standards to draft end of year reports between Turkey and Italy.
Team management and leadership spirit, with a view to push the commercial growth of the Group is of key importance.
A multicultural profile with international experience will be a bonus. The profile must be fluent in Turkish and English. Additional knowledge of Italian will be a precious asset.
