The Oil & Gas Year is looking for an Office Manager to work full time in the company’s Gumussuyu, Beyoglu offices.
* Minimum one year experience as office/executive assistant * Preferably prior experience in travel agency or logistics department of company * Good command of English; both written and spoken * Excellent personal presentation, professional attitude * Effective communication skills * Multitask approach, detail oriented * Advanced time management and organisation skills
* Managing all employee flight and hotel bookings (liaise with travel agency) * in charge of daily management of the office * Assist all HQ Directors with daily requirements * Preparing documents and reports in English * Other tasks vary according to management's requirements
