Looking for staff to join the Guest Relations team at Macakizi this summer Protected content .
- Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry preferred
- Fluent English compulsory
- Turkish passports / bi-nationals preferred

Hotel opens April 28th until Mid-October (assignments can be shorter)
6 days / week
10 hrs / day

Guest Relations department duties:
- Meet & greet foreign guests
- Perform check-ins
- Take guests to their rooms, show them around & provide all necessary information about the hotel and its services
- Follow up on guests during their stay & prepare monthly guests satisfaction reports
- Concierge service: advise & plan guests' activities (boat trips, watersports, historical visits, dinners and nights out…etc)
- Answer “Guest Relations” emails & follow up daily administrative duties
- Liaise at all time with the other hotel departments (restaurant, beach club, Spa, boutique...etc) to ensure that guests special requirements are executed.

Monthly salary: TBC based on experience
+ prime (commissions from suppliers shared between Reception and Guest Relations departments)
