Our office is in urgent requirement for a female Office Secretary
Primary Duties and Responsibilities would include:
• Setup Management’s travel arrangements. • Maintain Management’s calendar; Diary Management i.e. maintaining schedules for management meeting, tasks, executives meeting, travel arrangements etc • Prepare agendas, memos, minutes, other meeting notes • Writing Letters and correspondences (Arabic & English) • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals or to the CEO. • Receive and relay directives, instructions and assignment to and from the Management. • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing and filing.
