Customer Support Executive for a highly successful online company – Ref: Protected content
Our client is a highly successful online company (successful in launching a number of online entities) generating large amounts of traffic from Western Europe and constantly looking for possible global opportunities to expand its reach.
The German Customer Support Executive will be reporting to the Customer Support Manager. Duties will include but are not limited to: responding to customer queries, problems and issues; resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer complaint; professionally handling incoming requests from customers; attracting potential customers by cross-selling products and services; handling customer verification; preparing product and services information reports; highlighting potential opportunities for the business; monitoring of the system to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions; providing UAT services for our technical support team; handling the maintenance of internal ticket management system for the CS team.
This position calls for a customer oriented individual who has an excellent command of written and oral English and German. Applicants must be Computer literate in MS Office applications with attention to accuracy and detail, who is also a confident decision maker with excellent interpersonal skills. The chosen candidate must be able to work under pressure, be an autonomous worker with the ability to find solutions whilst being flexible and able to work additional hours when needed. The ability to deal with complaints and anxious customers is a necessity in this role.
