This position calls for a sociable team player with the ability to multitask and work in a high stress environment whilst meeting deadlines. The applicant must be fluent in Dutch (both written and verbal) and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Candidates will preferably possess previous experience within a customer service role. The Dutch Speaking Customer Care Representative will work to assist customers through the phone, email or live chat in an effort to provide customer satisfaction. Duties will mainly revolve around: fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction; working with commonly-used concepts, practices and office facilities within a particular field (phones, email or live chat); preparing correspondence with customers; updating user account information; assisting all Dutch speaking customers (by phone, email or live chat) and other general duties in pursuit of the company’s goals.
