An established company in Malta is seeking a Payment Solutions Manager. Ref: Protected content
Our client is a highly successful online company (successful in launching a number of online entities) generating large amounts of traffic from Western Europe and constantly looking for possible global opportunities to expand its reach.
The Payment Solutions Manager will be reporting to The Head of Payments and Fraud and Risk. Duties will include but are not limited to: analysing data and performance; monitoring payment performances; increasing conversion; liaising with payment service providers; evaluating payment methods for new markets; advising and reporting findings of the analysis to the Head of Department; advising on possible website / payment gateway improvements; following up on analysis and making sure improvements are realized via Front and Back End platform development; risk and fraud management reporting; developing reporting set-up in collaboration with the BI team and Head of Department for better insights; working closely together with Front and Back End development teams for required release on the platform for various brands as well as finding, analysing and solving performance issues with payments methods.
This position calls for a smart, results driven individual with a pro-active and flexible attitude who possesses strong analytical skills. The right candidate should be able to work independently, be ambitious with a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn and go that extra mile. Applicants must have very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel) preferably possessing a background in an economic or financial education whilst e-payment knowledge would be considered an asset. A very good command of the English language both written and verbal is a must for this role.
An attractive remuneration package
2 to 3 years’ experience in the online payment industry either on PSP or merchant side is required for this role.
