ENT Doctors/Specialists in Munich

Hi,
I am an Expat from India,living in Munich.
I would like to know good ENT(Ear, Nose,tounge) doctors in Munich. Also i would like to know if the insurance is covered for consultations with ENT doctors or do i need to pay them separately. I have TK insurance which i heard is quite good in Germany and i am not sure if it covers the consultation for ENT specialists.
Need suggestions and inputs.
