How to best pay US bills from Germany? (Munich)

I am trying to figure out the best way of paying bills remaining in the US while living in Germany. Any suggestions?

I have considered paying them all with my US credit card and paying that credit card from a Germany bank but am unsure of what kind of charges that will be.

I have asked my employer if they can divide a portion of pay directly to a US bank but have yet to get an answer.

Is there possibly a Global bank that would not charge for this?
