Implementation Specialist

A professional client facing position, the Implementation Specialist is responsible for a range of implementation activities designed to achieve a high level of client service and satisfaction during their implementation of our mass communications system. This position requires a high level of independent judgment and decision making throughout the implementation process. The position is primarily responsible for training the client on system setup, system administration, and all aspects of our system. The chosen candidate will also be actively involved in the development and testing of our software, and providing technical assistance to our hundreds of existing clients and sales staff.

Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:
 Facilitate and lead all aspects of the implementation of our system
 Manage several implementation projects at any given time
 Assess the clients’ business requirements as necessary and apply detailed working knowledge of the system to support the client’s needs
 Develop a plan/timeline to complete the implementation process
 Conduct training programs for each client in all aspects of the system
 Recommend implementation of add-on features and functions where appropriate
 Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the client
 Provide excellent Customer Service - internal and external
 Deliver client support to end-users via phone and email
 Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns,
and requests about products and services
 Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the
 Identify problem areas and provide effective solutions
 Research required information using available resources
 Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
 Stay current with system information, changes and updates within the regroup system and the

 Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
