We are just about to advertise the role of Invoicing and Reporting Assistant to work in the Charters division of Virgin Airlines. Our clients are the biggest mining, oil and gas companies operating in Australia.
Part of the job is invoicing the clients and the other part is preparing time-critical reports for internal, senior management use.
You will receive training on operational, accounting and IT systems that we use. Besides being a quick learner and having some business knowledge, the key skill required is MS Excel (pivots, graphs, formulas etc not programming). Database knowledge would be an advantage.
