EVOLVE Women Workshop + Training Session

Women are consistently underrepresented in strength training research. Most exercise programs are designed around male physiology. And the conversation around menopause, bone density, and hormonal change is still treated as a side topic in mainstream fitness. This workshop exists to change that.

April After Hours - Friday (Hala Koszyki)
