BUSINESS COORDINATOR with English and German (Prague)

Main responsibilities will be: * Daily contact with customers, coordination of all activities toward customer * Communicating with German speaking clients and ensuring their satisfaction * Taking and processing orders * Responsibility for administrative tasks * Receiving, managing and solving clients requirements, questions and claims * Building and keeping good relationships with clients * Advice on product, prices and payments * Management of assigned corporate customer portfolio * Daily contact with foreign subjects * Establish and maintain effective relationship with customers and gain their trust and respect
Požadujeme: * Fluent in English and German language * Experience in administrative or sales position is an advantage * Ability to talk with customers over telephone, to handle and solve customers' questions and claims * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Client-oriented person * The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
