Currently the Client is looking to recruit Senior Web Analyst EMEA to be located in Prague, Czech Republic.
Analyze, Implement, and maintain the company's Web Analytics programs for its Websites and manage all Web Analytics accounts, ensuring standard naming convention, goal setting and tracking across all client sites.
Accumulate and access historical data and be able to design, develop and automate the production of complex reports that will be necessary for distribution to key stakeholders, senior management and clients.
Provide insightful analyses, strategic recommendations, and holistic readouts to drive product improvement, optimize the customer experience, and inform new feature and model rollouts.
Conduct analysis of web performance reports to project outcomes, determine trends and opportunities of improvement, evaluate business and technical performance indicators, and generate reports to management on findings & recommendations
Create and implement Multivariate and A/B testing plans (from hypothesis creation to influencing strategy to identifying success metrics) and post-test analysis.
Implement and QA Web Analytics and be able to create test strategies, test plans and test cases for implementations teams.
Resolve issues around improper implementation/one off configurations for specialty cases.
Implement third party Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Web Trends etc.
Provide support for e-Commerce projects / strategic initiatives as requested to ensure successful & timely delivery.
Support cross-country alignment activities driven by the e-Business demand team.
University degree or college diploma required.
Fluent in one of the web Analytics tool (Omniture, Web Trends, Google Analytic, etc.)
Proficiency in other analytics platforms strongly preferred
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Web Analytics implementation and troubleshooting.
Experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and A/B testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research.
Knowledge in online products: Web, SEO and E-commerce.
Experience creating test strategies, test plans, and test cases
General understanding of usability design and conversion optimization design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High analytical skills and a capacity for creative problem-solving
Ability to be proactive and productive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Experience of working in a shared services environment preferred
Excellent English (verbal and written) plus one other European language preferred
