HR specialist w/ English and German - fluent (Prague)

An interesting opportunity has arisen in our client´s Human Resources division for an experienced, motivated Administrator who wants to pursue a career within an international company. We are looking for someone who will fit into a multilingual team of HR driven personalities. PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide responsive, punctual and high level administration service within the HR processes. KEY TASKS: - supporting employees´ lifecycle via inputting employee data onto our HR systems and maintaing them updated as well as answering and dealing with requests received via pohone/email - dealing with the escalations of the first line contact points for all HR queries - following setup SLA and KPI - participating in audits
Požadujeme: If you´ve read all the way down here it must mean that you obviously: - are fluent in English and German - have been able to gain hands on experience in HR field via direct HR tasks, administrative support of HR department or HR SSC .. if not then you are very keen to break into a career in Human Resources Apart from this you also: - have a Bachelor degree - are familiar w/ MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook i.e. you can draw a graph, create and filter charts, put together a presentation and make sure that your outlook is not a mess - are flexible with hours and have proactive attitude so that you don´t get lost within everything that´s going on around you
