For an international company - a leading manufacturer of innovative optical and digital equipment for healthcare and consumer electronics sectors we are looking for new colleague to support German speaking customers.
Location: Prague 6
Salary: upon agreement
What will you do?
- Receive and answer customers inquiries (f.e. my camera doesnt work, settings)
- Testing of cameras
- Inform customers about products and services provided by company
- Separately solve basic customers problems and complaints
- Analyze and records information about inquiry content
- Ensure the service support to the customers
What is required?
- Native German speaker plus advanced English
- Experience in customer service/ helpdesk min. 1 year
- Communication skills, Customer orientation, Willingness to learn new things
- Computer literacy on level of advanced user
- Fixed salary + Bonuses
