London Theatre Direct is one of the UK’s leading ticket agents and distributors. As one of the first
companies to sell theatre tickets online in the UK, through to displaying interactive seating plans,
connecting to multiple API systems and becoming the first ticket seller in the world to accept
bitcoin, London Theatre Direct continues to innovate using new technologies.
The Sales Associate is responsible for converting existing leads into sales, up selling product, exploring new sales channels, maximising revenue, ensuring high levels of customer service and retention, monitoring product levels, generating sales reports and maximising conversions through each distinct sales channel.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
At least 2 years of sales experience
Strong sales skills
History of exceeding targets
Excellent selling and negotiation skills
Extremely organised, flexible, proactive and creative
Ability to influence and offer professional insight
Excellent communication and written skills in English
A confident, professional and determined approach
