The role:

Our client is a leading European airline with a Client Service Centre in Brno - Czech Republic. We are in their behalf looking for new team members for their growing teams.

For the position of Client Service Consultant, Fluent English and German language is required. Additional languages is an advantage but not necessary. The role of the Client Service Consultant is handling telephone enquiries regarding flight connections, flight reservations, providing services in the area of bonus frequent flyer programs, telephone check-in process, sale of tickets and more.
At the beginning you would start with customers of our clients airline, after gaining experience you can also work with customers of Swiss Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and others.


Fluent English and German language
Good communication skills.
Relevant experience with customers either face to face or office based is an advantage.
User knowledge of PCs
Flexibility to work in shifts when and if necessary
Stress tolerant.
Minimum high school education
