Do you have experience with automation software? Do you speak excellent English and at least some German? Technical Support - automation products Your tasks: - be the first line of support for a customer via e-mail, telephone and web requests - troubleshoot and identify automation product problems - act as a liaison between the customer and sustaining engineering team - with the support team provide accurate technical information to customers - report to other department teams - cooperate with management, teammates and sustaining teams to make sure all issues are being dealt properly
Požadujeme: - technical university or secondary education Protected content of experience with automation or visualisation software products - fluent English language - intermediate or better French/German language - some knowledge of SQL and VBA are advantage - positive approach, customer focus - excellent troubleshooting and multitasking skills
