With the well-established road network and plenty of parking spaces in most areas, navigating your way around the city from one place to the next is simple. This also means that if you don’t want to live among the hustle and bustle of the center, you can enjoy a quieter life in nearby Seltjarnarnes or Hafnarfjörður, for example, which are ten to twenty minutes away from Reykjavík’s center.
