Intern Opportunity - Largest Financial Advisory (Shanghai)

Who: deVere Group are the largest independently owned financial consultancy in the world. We operate in Protected content and hold over $10bn USD under management and administration. We specialise in advising expatriates on tax-efficient solutions and investments available to them in the offshore space; opportunities of which they would not have access to back in their home countries.

Why: This is a fantastic opportunity for the right undergrad/post grad student to gain insight into the workings of the market leading financial institution, receive full training by myself and the area manager and gain the opportunity to receive a full time job offer at the end of the period. This should be seen as an extremely exciting opportunity due to the massive growth we are seeing in East-Asia.

The Role: The successful candidate will be working with a financial consultant alongside the area manager, to develop their business development skills through a variety of exciting ways. Meeting prospects through networking events (e.g we recently sponsored Brawl on the Bund), as well as sourcing new expats through use of the internet is the main function of this role.

When: Start as soon as possible for any student, undergrad or postgrad. Can follow alongside term dates not a problem, however if they choose to work outside term time that's fine too.

Where: Floor 20, Protected content lu, Xintiandi, Shanghai, China.

What we are looking for in a candidate: Confident, sales experience, resilient, self-motivated, happy to work as part of a team (most successful team in the region!), outgoing and competitive.

Process: I will personally be interviewing the right candidates. If you think you are ready to be part of the largest market leading international financial consultancy get in touch with me ASAP on Protected content drop me an email at Protected content

Interviews will be held from the first week of July onward. Look forward to hearing from you.
