Position Summary
Logistics Specialist may perform work in transportation planning and data analysis.

Essential Job Functions
• Planning and transportation management of domestic and export shipments from consolidation, tender/ assign LSPs to track & trace shipment status
• Coordinate shipping schedules with LSPs / carriers to fulfill customer requirements
• Investigate and resolve issues of shipments behind schedule
• Support freight audit & payment
• Interact with LSPs / Carriers to ensure shipment data accuracy
• Support business analyst team

Qualifications
• Understand concept of logistics and supply chain – transportation management /warehouse management or logistics engineering
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data management
• Customer service oriented
• Able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Highly organized and results driven, proactively follow up on tasks
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details
• Language (Mandarin, English or more) excellent verbal and written
• Familiar with business process management and improvement
• Prefer candidate has 1~2 years in analytical or logistics field. May consider fresh graduate with outstanding educational background and intern experience
